Position: Reception and Deposition Services

Location: Hutchings Court Reporters, LLC - Santa Ana, CA

Availability: Immediately

Hours: Full-time position, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday

Description:

• Answer all incoming calls
  
• Greet visitors and direct appropriately
  
• Interact with independent contractors
  
• Data entry
  
• Prepare daily deposition schedule and food offerings
  
• Inventory control of supply room for office and deposition supplies
  
• Document depository support
  
• Detail depositions and scan exhibits
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Skills:

• Friendly and outgoing
  
• Multi-task
  
• Keyboard proficiency and competency with Word and Windows XP
  
• Some heavy lifting
  
• Conscientious work habits and ability to follow instructions
  
• Overtime availability, occasional weekend work schedule flexibility
